Kevin Miller

Vice President of Construction

Kevin Miller is the Vice President of Construction of J-POWER USA. Kevin has 30 years of experience in the power generation industry, the past 5 years with J-Power USA and the prior years with multiple Engineering and Construction industry.

Prior to joining J-POWER Kevin worked extensively in the power industry working for several Engineering and Construction companies. He has held positions of responsibility in project and engineering management, construction management, design, and commissioning of combined cycle, cogeneration, and coal-fueled power plants. His experience encompasses project management, engineering management, and engineering design. Kevin began his career with H.B. Zachry and Black & Veatch where he has been recognized multiple times for outstanding leadership on projects.

Kevin earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering and Physical Science from Kansas State University.
